Krista Botsford, Founder/Chief Compliance Officer

Krista Botsford is the Founder and Chief Compliance Officer of Botsford EcoTech Partners LLC, the eco-compliance strategies firm she founded in 2005. Krista has honed her skills through industry involvement and continuous education throughout the world. She continuously deals with tough issues involving environmental compliance for clients with determination and brutal honesty. She has lead Botsford EcoTech Partners to achieve stunning results by helping client companies to understand and meet the hundreds of eco-compliance laws around the world.

Krista is also involved in a number of electronics industry-related activities. Krista co-chairs the Education and Marketing Sub-committee for the 2-18 committee within the IPC Association. Krista was instrumental in forming the Sustainability Forum sub-committee for the North Shore Technical Council (NSTC). She has also served as the SMTA Boston Chapter web master of the Surface Mount Technology Association (SMTA).

Outside the office, Krista relaxes by riding motorcycles, traveling in the family RV, and racing a Swift DB-1 Formula Ford 1600.


Frank Stifter, Business Development Manager

Frank Stifter is a Business Development Manager at Botsford EcoTech Partners. Frank joined BETP after a successful career at Motorola Connected Home Solutions (formerly Broadbus Technologies) working as an Engineering Director for their on-demand video solutions group. He has also held technical leadership and product development positions at Gotham Network, Asic Alliance and Cabletron Systems generating more than $500 million in revenue for these companies. Frank received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from the University of New Hampshire.

In his life away from work, Frank is active in his community working with the 'Destination Imagination' program at his daughter's school. He is an accomplished woodworker and building contractor. He enjoys spending time boating and fishing at his lake house in Maine as well as raising apple, pear, peach and cherry trees.


Edmund Green, Strategic Advisor

Attorney Edmund Greene is a 14 year legal professional and a successful entrepreneur, having owned and successfully sold his boutique insurance business to a $70 million revenue company - negotiating directly with their CEO. As a former small business owner with clients ranging from the sole proprietor to Fortune 100 companies, he values the need to comprehend complex legal matters and respond to clients' legal needs promptly and professionally. Attorney Greene also has through knowledge of legal and risk management experience in environmental and corporate compliance as well as the insurance and financial services industries. He holds a LL.M. in Banking & Financial law and is the founder of the Law Office of Edmund A. Greene. To compliment his J.D. from Western New England College School of Law (1994), Attorney Greene also holds a B.S. in Environmental Conservation from the University of New Hampshire (1991).

Personally, Ed resides in Beverly and can easily reach the court houses in Salem but his practice extends throughout Massachusetts. He has a 5 year old daughter he adores and attempts to make into a "fisherwoman" - which happens to be something he enjoy doing right in Beverly. Ed is proud to have run the 1999 and 2007 Boston Marathons (4:21 and 3:38:31 respectfully) raising over $4,000 in charity for the Liver Foundation and the Lazarus House of Ministries in Lawrence. Ed performs pro-bono legal work in Salem Family Court and assists a non-profit organization close to his family's heart in Western MA.
